I have more than two decades of experience leading teams in agile systems and software development in highly regulated automotive and embedded environments. In those contexts, I also supported the introduction of agentic AI in areas shaped by functional safety and cybersecurity.
In international leadership roles, I have built product-centered governance together with senior leadership: from strategy and implementation to anchoring it in culture and communication.
